Pricing will be determined on these factors:
Number of Domain Names
Number of Email Boxes with Webmail Access
Amount of Server Space
Amount of Monthly Data Transfer
Number of MySQL Databases
If you require a large number of additional mailboxes or MySQL databases then a bulk price can be negotiated.
